Meet our Youth Newsroom 2020 members!

During World Press Freedom Conference, we will have a special Youth Newsroom featuring 15 young reporters and mediamakers from all over the world. They will cover WPFC 2020 in their own way, through photography, vlogs, video, social media or podcasting.

They work together, conduct interviews and provide background stories, guided by a team of experienced journalists and editors. The result: a range of articles, photos, video and audio coverage of the global event, bringing in fresh perspectives and made with creativity! Their stories will be collected on the Youth Newsroom website. You can already check it out to see their personal profiles and watch their introduction video!

Stay tuned, as the first productions have already been produced! And they will show us more about press freedom in their specific situations before they cover the conference in December.
